Derma Roller : It is an incredible skin roller or skin needling device that helps to stimulate collagen or elastin without causing damage to the skin. Acne scars like fine lines, wrinkles and stretch marks all have one thing in common – not enough collagen. By using derma roller you help to encourage your own collagen production which helps to break up the scar tissue and fill it in with newly formed collagen.

When the derma roller is rolled over the skin, it creates small punctures into the skin. This very slight damage causes the body to react by trying to heal the skin.
